I have been developing websites for years and I always find myself scouring the stock photo sites to find relevant pictures that make my websites look better. Your would be surprised what a simple picture of a person holding a cellphone (for example) will sell for. Photo sites sell images for anywhere from 1 dollar to $30 bucks. Think about it, he took the pictures, posted them on the sales sites and now they will be selling over and over again for years to come. There are so many categories for photos, from nature and technology, to travel and food, there is a market for photography.
It doesnt cost more than the price of a digital camera to get started. Go to amazon.com and read the reviews, a decent camera will cost less than 0 dollars. Make sure the camera is atleaset 7 pixels and your quality should be great. Sign up for an account with stock photo and start uploading your photos. If you take some fairly decent photos or something truly unique and creative, you can possibly make a few hundred dollars a week. Ive know people that make close the 300 a day but they have atlease 100 good photos and repeat clients. Im not telling you to put all your monkeys in one barrel, this is just one stream of income I use among many.
